That's why they recommend you chew your food slower and enjoy what you are eating. ( believe me, that took a LONG time for me.) 3. Exercise, exercise,exercise. I am always outside, my mom sometimes yells at me for being outside too long, look if you want that six pack, good butt, or to just shed off a few pounds, you have to challenge yourself, Mentally and physically everyday. if you want your body to change you need it a reason to adopt!! you have to run longer, bike longer, dance harder. Whatever you enjoy. But, don't cut back your calories and do intense workouts, I got so skinny doing that. But, i was frail and sick. It will make your body go into starvation mode and you can't burn as much calories/fat as you want to. Also another tip, switch it up!! if you do the same thing everyday your body will get used to the same intensity and you will never get any thinner than whenever you are now. 4. My last tip, if you see those extreme diet pills that " speed up" your metabolism, THEY don't work! Your metabolism can only speed up by muscle, which is made by combinding cardio ( heart pumping workouts) and weight training, you will burn fat, and have that sexy body just as an extra!! wrote: Here's some more tips, just becauz the food says low-fat or low- sugar doesn't mean it's good for you, so get lower calories, cauz calories+ energy but, your bodyy doesn't need a ton of calories that's how you become over weight, by eating too much fat and calories then you burn!!
