- Goal: A personal challenge or aspiration that you or other people on the site want to achieve
- Coach: Someone in the community who can help you with a specific goal
- Rookie: Someone in the community you can help with a specific goal
- Friend: Someone in the community who's your, uh, friend
- Diary: Track your progress and write about your goals here
- Ratings: User ratings are based on how people rate posts in the discussion forums, videos and pictures. Users can only rate an item 1 time, and must be logged in to vote. To rate an item, click on the dot corresponding to the rating you want to provide (1 through 5). You can rate in the video/picture viewer pop-up, or when viewing discussion forum topics
